ACTION BY

4.6. Meeting noted that a disabled persons car parking space must be provided as part of section 5 (GFTU office). The farm track will be available and a concrete slab car space provided next to GFTU office with connection to footpath.

4.7. Progress to section 3A (Goodacre structure) was discussed as follows–

 Temporary supports are in place.

 Floor slab is being broken out and excavation progressing to foundations. KB will visit and inspect.

 Steelwork is onsite awaiting installation.

4.8. Breaking out of floor slab in Goodacre will continue this week and there will be some noise afterwards (fixing steelwork and reinstating services). 4.9. Four rooms above Goodacre are out of use whilst structural works and services are carried out. Target completion date for section 3A is 1 st November.

5.1. KB inspecting Goodacre structure today.

5.2. Housing drawings have been issued for comment.

CONTRACTOR’S REPORT

6.1. DI’A issued contractor’s report 5 attached to these minutes.

6.2. Trusses for the hotel extension are scheduled for delivery on 5 th November.

6.3. JK is speaking with Premier regarding warranty for the houses and apartments.

6.4. Meeting noted that progress with obtaining quotations from Severn Trent and Cadent has been slow. Problems seem to be making contact with correct person and then Cadent/Severn Trent understanding of the brief. Contacts are –

 Cadent – Martin Monaghan

 Severn Trent – Jason Taylor and Rebecca Donnelly

Cadent still have not issued a quotation which reflects the brief, although this is expected on 25 th October. MP is chasing.
