Target: The training is designed for trade unions representatives that would like to gain or develop the necessary skills to work more effectively with readily available information technology tools which can allow them to solve everyday trade union issues Delivery Method: The training will be delivered in a classroom-based format. Each person will have access to a computer and the relevant software with the trainer leading by demonstration. Individual assistance will be provided where required. The advantage of this sort of training will be access to a trainer in person and group interaction. This will not only enhance learning but will provide an opportunity to interact with one another in a professional, productive and cooperative way. English Skills – Reading Between the Lines & Writing for Purpose

The purpose of this course is to find out how to decipher unclear or hidden meanings in texts, as well as to introduce skills in order to help you to write in a range of styles. By the end of this course, participants will have developed the skills necessary in order to help them to work out a writer’s meaning from the language that they use. It will also help participants to adapt their writing for different
