Insurance and rates The figure now represents the true cost as the Nursery and Hotel are shown separately and we achieved a cheaper rate on the insurance as no claims were made during 2017. Heat light and power The budget remains at 6% of turnover this is due to the savings we will achieve by moving to LED throughout the next month. New rates for both electricity and gas are currently being negotiated.

GFTU Salary Contribution This figure has been increased to £3500.00 per month to cover the additional cost of preparing accounts.
