Training Trade Union Trainers Learning to create better learning opportunities for members Trade unionists are all educators. We seek to persuade, recruit, communicate, inform, convince, negotiate, present arguments. We learn and teach new things all the time to each other. Unions are learning organisations. Many trade unionists educate others more formally by teaching on courses. Some ways of teaching are effective, others are not. There is a rich tradition of ways of teaching and learning that really connect and benefit people in a learning environment.
