Breakfast sales Negotiated corporate rates and Wedding packages remain inclusive of breakfast and will remain so during 2018. All other rates are based on room only rate were breakfast is charged separately at £12.50 per person. This was successfully introduced at the beginning of 2017 bringing us in line with competitors.

Total sales Sales for the year are at 174K which is an increase on 2017 but have taken in to the effect of the construction during 2018 from February.
