Hotel Directors Meeting March 2020

The estimated loss of the weekend is at £23 K which would have meant the Hotel would have only missed budget by £4.K. Throughout the month expenses were well controlled and we are currently awaiting the confirmed profit and loss accounts for the month.

Health and safety Hotel

The accident book was signed of and no reportable accidents were reported at the Site health and Safety meeting. (H/S minutes to be distributed) Corona virus information updated on web site and notices on reception including advice to team members showing concerns. Further actions agenda item for next H/S site meeting. Letter issued for all team members regarding the Fire doors not being closed and the letter very clear that this is a serious disciplinary offence, letter individually signed and retained on personnel file. First aid Course undertaken by personnel to ensure correct number of first aiders on site during shifts.

Staff Movements David Wall (Chef de Partie) leaves on the 3 rd March David has accepted Head Chef Position in the village. Suzanne Bielewilz transferring to position within the GFTU from Housekeeping Assistant (March 9 Th )
