If Claire is in agreement, we could offer her some consultancy work as the model is developed up to the point where firm decisions are made. I would suggest that we choose option 2 above after a period of initial consultation, business modelling and the development of a number of helpful partnerships, including;

There may also be other people, organisations or campaigning groups that would be interested in becoming involved.

By creatively modelling the content, there is also a possibility of offering;

 A bespoke version to each Affiliate – by carrying their branding on the front page and their Union contact details. This could be then used by General Secretary’s, Lay Leadership, Full Time Officers, Legal teams, caseworkers etc.  A bespoke version to each Partner – so that IER or Hazards, have the content from Emplaw integrated amongst pages and sections that have a different focus, such as Health and Safety for Hazards subscribers etc.
