The way ahead

At this early stage, my recommendation is that;

1. We establish a working group to include Doug (and/or Ian), Paul Scholey from Morrish Solicitors and Claire Perry to progress things if there is a consensus to proceed at the EC Meeting on 11 th March. 2. The existing subscribers continue to be serviced. With the GFTU picking up the costs and employing Claire Perry as a consultant while the partnership and business model is developed and agreed and work starts to enact in an agreed period (6 months?) or alternative decision communicated to Claire Perry who decides whether to wind the business up. 3. Binding contract signed. Roll out the initial project and marketing plan for the short, medium and longer term success of the business, generating revenue for the Educational Trust through the Trading Company.
